Meet Jenna M. Fliszar, Esq.
Born and raised in the Lehigh Valley, Jenna Fliszar has been practicing law since 2010. She earned her law degree from Rutgers University School of Law–Camden and began her legal career with the country’s largest Social Security disability law firm before moving into criminal defense at one of the top criminal defense firms in Harrisburg.
Jenna later returned home to the Lehigh Valley and opened her own law practice, where she focused primarily on criminal defense for more than a decade. During that time, she also served for five years as a part-time public defender and represented clients as court-appointed counsel in Children and Youth matters. She currently serves as an Assistant City Solicitor for the City of Bethlehem.
Over the course of her career, Jenna has represented clients at every stage of the legal process, from proceedings before Magisterial District Judges through trial and appeal. Her background has given her extensive experience in litigation, courtroom advocacy, and representing clients in high-stakes matters.
Jenna now brings that experience to Scherline Injury Law, where she applies her litigation and courtroom experience to representing clients in personal injury matters.
Jenna is the 2026 President of the Bar Association of Lehigh County and is a previous recipient of the Association’s Legal Eagle Award.
